On the Move

Well it has been too long since my last post!! But I have been a very busy girl. The house has sold and we moved Island at the start of this month. So now we are in sunny Marlborough!

I am very pleased that I landed on my feet and have found a experienced knitter of a similar age to share knitting chat and get the odd bit of help if Fresh Tea can not from afar!

At the end of January I finished the birthday shrug for little miss A.L. It is knitted in a Sean Sheep Hero.

And promptly fell in love with another pattern for the girls, this time the smockie!! and it just so happens I have enough leftover yarn from other projects to do one for little miss 1.5 . Sean Sheep hero will be my main colour and Sean sheep wooloomooloo will give a striped contrast to the bodice.

Jack is still waiting for his jersey, it is taking shape and despite the diversions I keep finding I am getting there

As for my 'other' project on the go, my crazy yarn lapghan in a basket weave is also starting to take shape.

Can you tell I have the attention span of a flea!!
